Build and manage a solar sales office in Arizona

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Represent ELOI Energy professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy

  • Grow, motivate, & build a high-energy, fun, and competitive/friendly culture

  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions

  • Set and achieve individual and team sales goals

  • Participate in continuous training opportunities to develop and build sales and leadership skills

  • This position is an office managment position with compensation based on team performance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A clear understanding of the door to door experience and how to manage a door to door team

  • Experience with a high performing field sales organization

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to capture and share best practices to develop high performing sales organizations

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks

  • Ability to identify, develop and implement creative solutions

  • Ability to delegate tasks and operate in an efficient manner
